Cancellation Policy

Safeducateonline believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the user.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, simply contact us with your service details within 2 days of your purchase. Please include your order / application number and tell us proof and proper reason why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.

Cancellation & Refunds: Live online Training

Safeducateonline, reserves the right to postpone/cancel online classes, or change the timings of classes because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

  • In case cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
  • Request for refund can’t accept for below reason:

    Refund can’t be considered if you change your original requirements that were mentioned at the time of purchase.

    An email formally asks for refund won’t be considered. You should have a proper proof that purchase does not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.
